Liquipro Ltd charges flat shipping rates per ship-to address (with the exception of items over the weight of 30kg which incur additional costs). The flat rates correspond to delivery method. Rates (incl. GST):

Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Delivery Timeframe

We will endeavour to have all orders, which are placed before 2 p.m. on business days, processed and shipped on the same day. All orders placed after 2 p.m. Will be shipped within the next 1-2 business days unless otherwise indicated on the product page

NZ shipping - 1-3 business days

Rural shipping - 2-4 business days

Our warehouse is closed on public holidays in Auckland, New Zealand. For orders placed on, or the day before one of these dates, delivery time will be extended by 1 - 2 working days.

During sale periods, orders may take longer to process.

Order Tracking

Please note that until the carrier updates their system with your tracking information, you will be unable to track your order via the online tracker. Your shipment confirmation email will include a link to track your order online. There may be some delay between the status of an order being updated on the website, however the carrier usually updates their information within one business day. Tracking information should be available as soon as you receive this email.

International Orders

Purchases for shipment to countries outside of New Zealand may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

With respect to each item for which Import Fees have been calculated, you authorise Liquipro Ltd to designate a carrier ("Designated Carrier") to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import Fees for such item.

In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorisations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order.

To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail.

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from liquipro.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
